I’m a senior HR consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders and organisations navigate change with clarity, structure and sound judgement. I specialise in supporting companies during periods of growth, transition and complexity — providing pragmatic, grounded HR support that moves both people and business forward.
My work spans strategic HR partnership, leadership support, labour law, work environment, organisational change, and building scalable HR structures. Clients appreciate that I’m calm, clear and solution-oriented — and that I quickly understand both the business logic and the human dynamics at play.
I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including tech, gaming, media, design consulting, non-profit, public sector and higher education. That breadth helps me adapt fast, collaborate easily with senior stakeholders and identify what will actually work - not just in theory, but in practice.
